News of Google launch of their new OS, KitKat spread like wildfire. Many on various discussions didn't quite like the idea of dropping KeyLimePie for KitKat but then again we don't run Google now, no matter how much we wish we did!

Now the only technical information available is that it will be v 4.4 and not 5.0 that everyone was expecting it to be. So what does that have in it for you? Following is a list of possibilities:

- We should expect news for Launch of Android 5.0 soon enough for tablet or similar platforms. Just like it happened when 3.0 honeycomb was introduced after successive updates on the 2.something series.
- With gadgets like Google Glasses and so on, we can also expect 5.0 to be an entirely new gadget.
